Starksboro Village Meeting House
The Starksboro Village Meeting House is offering its special Christmas Candlelight service—on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 6:30 pm. The program of lessons and carols will be led by Michael Blakeslee. Area residents will read the lessons. All are welcome. This non-denominational service has been held for over 60 years. Many families treasure it as a holiday tradition. The colored glass windows have been restored and the sanctuary walls repaired, and the historic kerosene lamp chandelier and candles will be glowing. Holiday cookies and treats and hot cider at the end of the service. The Meeting House is located in the center of Starksboro village at 2875 VT Route 116, just north of the Town offices. Parking is available to the rear in the town center parking area. |

The Meeting House is the proud sponsor of the Starksboro Historical Society website. The Meeting House is an active part of Starksboro today, sponsoring local events, fundraisers, and home of the Starksboro Cooperative Preschool.
